A friend of mine involved in this search made a YouTube video about it, for those interested.
There is also a new Fandom wiki (use an adblocker) for Airheads and its flavors as well, which has some good info on it.

• Mango Chili, Salted Watermelon, and Strawberry Lime
• These three were released alongside eachother around 2017
• Mango Chili not to be confused with an Airheads Mango Chili Slurpee sold at 7-Eleven also in 2017


• Maple
• Fittingly a Canada exclusive


• Pink Lemonade
• Pink Lemonade was replaced by Grape as a main flavor at some point (when?)


• Tropical Cherry Explosion
• Seemingly currently available (as of 01/31/25 MM/DD/YY) without any advertising or fanfare


• Tropical Punch
• Likely from ca. 1990, as it's similar to Banana in its packaging; found on eBay
